The wrap about the mats…

Each and every Welcome Doormat we create is hand picked from our selection of high quality stock, however, because coir is 100% natural, your mat may appear lighter in some areas, darker in others, have imperfect patches of Coir, or other very small imperfections. It is a product from nature after all.

Oops! We made mistake: 

We get it. Mistakes happen and as much as we hate to admit it, we are only human... 

When we make a mistake, we are more than happy to replace your Welcome Doormat. If there is a mistake on the mat (typing/grammar), we'll re-paint the same mat of equal value and post it as soon as possible. 

Custom Mats:

It is extremely important to be careful in regards to spellings and grammar when ordering custom mats, as we cannot replace or refund in the event that a mistake was made by you. Your custom text box is exactly what we print on your mats. 

Change of mind:

Please choose your mat carefully as we do not refund in the event of a change of mind! 

Order cancellation or modification:

After placing an order, your purchase is considered final, but you are allowed to modify it up to an hour after placing it. Please contact us if you made a mistake and choose the wrong mat.
