Each and every Welcome Doormat we create is hand picked from our selection of high quality stock, however, because coir is 100% natural, your mat may appear lighter in some areas, darker in others, have imperfect patches of Coir, or other very small imperfections. It is a product from nature after all.

ORDER MODIFICATION
Custom Mats:
It is extremely important to be careful in regards to spellings and grammar when ordering custom mats, as we cannot replace or refund in the event that a mistake was made by you. Your custom text box is exactly what we print on your mats.

Oops! We made mistake:

We get it. Mistakes happen and as much as we hate to admit it, we are only human...
When we make a mistake, we are more than happy to replace your Welcome Doormat. If there is a mistake on the mat (typing/grammar), we'll re-paint the same mat of equal value and post it as soon as possible.

Order cancellation or modification:
After placing an order, your purchase is considered final, but you are allowed to modify it up to an hour after placing it. Please contact us via email to let us know the changes - thewelcomedoormat.com.au

Where do you ship from?
We ship form Toowoomba Queensland, Australia.

Delayed Deliveries:
In addition to making your wonderful new mat, we also deliver it as soon as possible to our couriers. We have no control over what happens once it is with them and have no way of tracking its location. The best option for chasing delayed shipments should be directed to the courier or Australia Post customer service teams (they're good at it!).

Lost Packages:
Should your Welcome Doormat go missing, please reach out to us and we will help you get a replacement Welcome Doormat to you, once your lost parcel claim is approved.
